How long will it take to process my order?
We process orders, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays or unless otherwise indicated on our Web site. Orders
usually ship the next business day. When your order is shipped, we will notify you via e-mail confirming the shipment.

What is your returns policy?
You may return merchandise up to seven days after receiving your order. During the holidays, we extend our returns
deadline. Orders shipped between November 1and December 24, may be returned until January 7, a week after the
holidays.
