At Lovealab.com, we make every effort to ship your order quickly. We currently offer two shipping
options: standard (United States Post Office First Class or Parcel Post , depending on weight)
delivery and expedited delivery (via United States Post Office Priority Mail).
Shipping costs for orders from Lovealab.com are based on the total dollar amount of your order of
each delivery address (excluding taxes, if applicable) and the shipping option you choose (see
rates below).
Standard Delivery
Within the continental United States, please allow 2 to 9 business days for delivery. Shipments to
Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer. The costs for standard shipping are listed in the table
below
Expedited Delivery
The cost for expedited delivery is the standard delivery rate plus $8.00. Orders are normally
delivered within 2-3 business days after shipment.
Shipping Limitations
Sorry, we do not ship to APOs or FPOs. The Lovealab.com web site does not support multiple
"ship to" addresses from the same order.
Deliveries to Canada
For deliveries to Canada, there is a shipping charge of $15.25 for packages that weigh up to five
pounds. For those that exceed five pounds, additional charges will apply. For Canadian
shipments, orders normally arrive within 4-5 weeks of the shipment date.
Please note: the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes, and other fees.
Please contact your local customs office for information about these fees.
International Deliveries (excluding Canada)
Lovealab.com also ships to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany,
Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and
Virgin Islands (U.S.). International orders are shipped Air Parcel Post (please allow 12 business
days for delivery). The cost for shipping your order will be e-mailed to you for approval. As soon
as you approve the shipping charge, Lovealab.com will add that cost to your invoice and ship your
order.
