Shipping costs for orders from Lovealab.com are based on the total dollar amount of your order of
each delivery address (excluding taxes, if applicable) and the shipping option you choose (refer to
the shipping rates and policies page). We regret that we're currently unable to ship to
destinations outside the United States of America.
Our Returns Policy
We don't want you to have anything from Lovealab.com that isn't completely satisfactory. You
may return merchandise up to seven days after receiving your order. During the holidays, we
extend our returns deadline. Orders shipped between November 1 and December 24 may be
returned until January 7 of that holiday season.
If you wish to return an item, send it to TM Orlando Enterprises LLC, P.O. Box 4422, Mountain
View, CA, 94040-0422. Enclose a note telling us:
- How you want us to handle the return. We can exchange the item or credit the card
originally charged.
- Why you're returning the item (for example, damage in transit)
- The name and address to which we should send your refund or exchange
- An phone number or e-mail address so we can contact you if we have questions
- We do not refund shipping costs on returned merchandise unless the return is a result of
our error. In that case, call us at 650.396.7791 and we’ll promptly make necessary shipping
arrangements.
